My passion for my work as a realtor comes from a genuine interest in helping people make the best investment in one of the major purchases of their lives. I come to the world of real estate from the restaurant business where I have owned and managed three very successful restaurants of different styles over the last 17 years. I love the hospitality industry as it′s all about working with people, so real estate was a natural progression for me. There are many similarities between the two industries, most importantly client service and satisfaction.

I have always gone the extra step; I work tirelessly with buyers to find the perfect property, I excel at negotiation, and do everything I can to ensure a smooth closing. I work with sellers in determining the value of their home, marketing the property in advance to interested buyers and investors, and negotiate for the best price and terms.

I know what it′s like to purchase a home; for most of us it′s the biggest financial commitment we will make in our lifetime. I am extremely detail oriented, I have an amazing amount of resources to draw upon, and I will share any knowledge I have of the business with you. I have lived in Tucson since 1979 and know the city well. I love the diversity of the neighborhoods and think Tucson has much to offer.
